Editing saved receipts
To edit a receipt:
- Select Receiving>Expected Receipts. A list of expected (saved) receipts appears.
- Highlight the receipt you want to edit, then select Edit up above. The receipt displays. General receipt information is up above and a list of receipt items is below.
- Edit the fields as necessary.
- To edit the attributes of any receipt item, check the checkbox next to the receipt item and select Edit... above.
- When you are finished, select Save to save the receipt or Save & Continue Editing to save the changes made to the receipt and continue making further changes.
Note that your role must have the Edit Expected Receipts permission enabled in order to Edit, Save or Save & Continue Editing. See Managing roles and Editing a role for more information.
