Inventory By Item report

The Inventory by Item report (Reports>Inventory by Item) shows you a list of inventory items sorted by item number. You will see a separate inventory item for each item number that appears in a different location. Within the same Location, if partial quantities of a single item number have other distinguishing differences, such as a Lot # or Serial #, they appear as separate line items.

From this view, you can view, edit, adjust, transfer, and ship inventory. You can also export the list to an .xls spreadsheet.
