Working with activity line manager criteria

Activity lines are line items on SmartTurn documents that reflect the original or primary warehouse transaction being carried out on the document. SO Items, PO Items, Receipt Items, Shipment Items, and Storage Items are all examples of activity lines. (Billing lines are not activity lines.)

Activity line managers are powerful tools that help you easily manage all of the activity lines across all your documents. You can then view the lines in SmartTurn, or export them.

You can think of an activity line manager as being a single items list that contains all of your purchase order items, receipt items, sales order items, shipment items, adjustment items, bin transfer items, etc. You use activity line managers to view some of these items. For example, you might use activity line managers to look at all of the transactions for a given item master over the past month.

Activity line manager criteria are filters and sorts that specify a particular subset of the activity lines from your documents, based on attributes of the lines. You can create and save activity line manager criteria, then use these criteria to create activity line managers.
