Viewing inventory items by vendor

The Quantity by Vendor report (at Reports>Quantity by Vendor) displays a list of all vendors, within a warehouse or across warehouses.

To view a quantity of inventory for a Vendor:

From the Quantity by Vendor report, highlight a vendor and select View, up above.
The Inventory Items by Vendor screen appears.
- The top part of the screen shows the Vendor.
- Down below, the Inventory Items table displays a list of all inventory items with the same vendor within a warehouse. The screen splits out the items by Item #, and then by other details. This means that if there are quantities for that vendor that have the same Item #, but they differ in other ways, such as having different serial numbers, or item receipt dates, this screen displays those quantities on different lines.
From here, you can:
- View an inventory item (Select an item, then select View, in the Inventory Items table header.)
- Edit an inventory item (Select an item, then select Edit, in the Inventory Items table header.)
- Adjust an inventory item (Select an item, then select Adjust, in the Inventory Items table header.)
- Bin Transfer an inventory item (Select an item, then select Bin Transfer, in the Inventory Items table header.)
- Export the list (Select Export, in the Inventory Items table header.)

If you have a multi-warehouse operation and have All warehouses selected at the top of the screen, this screen will show all items with the same item master across all of your warehouses. Also in the All Warehouses context, you can only view or export from the Inventory Items table; you cannot make changes to specific inventory items.
