Lookup customer details

When you are creating sales orders or shipments, you can use the lookup icon Lookup icon to save time and ensure consistency.

To lookup customer details when creating a sales order:

  1. Select Orders>Sales orders. A list of Sales orders appears.
  2. Select Add item buttonAdd. An Add Sales order screen appears.
  3. To the right of the field for the customer name, click Lookup icon. A screen appears with the customers in your customer list.
    • To Filter the list: If you do not see the customer you need in the list, you can filter the list using the Name and Code fields at the top of the screen. More info...

To lookup customer details when creating a shipment:

  1. Select Fulfillment>Pending shipments. A list of pending shipments appears.
  2. Select Add item buttonAdd. An Add shipment screen appears.
  3. To the right of the field for the customer name, click Lookup icon. A screen appears with the customers in your customer list.
    • To Filter the list: If you do not see the customer you need in the list, you can filter the list using the Name and Code fields at the top of the screen. More info...
