Exporting a purchase order to a spreadsheet
You can export purchase order items from SmartTurn to an .xls spreadsheet.
To export the items on a purchase order to .xls:
- Select Ordering>Purchase Orders.
If you have a multi-warehouse operation, make sure you have selected the correct warehouse from the Warehouse drop-down up above.
- Double-click the purchase order for which you want to export items. The View Purchase Order screen appears.
- Under the PO Items table, select Export.
- A dialog opens asking you if you want to open or save the file. Select Save to save the file to a directory on your computer.
