Cancelling a pick
If you cannot pick an item, you can cancel the pick. On the pick ticket, the line item has a Status of
Cancelled. Then, from the pick plan, you can create another pick ticket for the item.
To cancel a pick:
- In the Pick Ticket Items table, select
Pick View from the view drop-down in the table toolbar.
- Locate the item you want to cancel.
- You can only cancel items that have a Status of
- Check the checkbox next to the item. Select Cancel from the toolbar.
If this pick is for a sales order that is required to ship complete, a warning message appears to alert you that you will either need to replan this line on another pick ticket or remove the sales order from the wave.
