Saving recovered documents

To save a recovered document:

  1. Select Operations>Recovered Documents. A list of recovered documents appears.
  2. Highlight the document you want. Select Edit iconEdit up above.
  3. The Edit page for the document appears. From here, you can save the document:
    • For pack plans: Select Accept Wave. This saves the pack plan, bills of lading, and pick plan from this Pick/Pack Wave. You cannot save or delete individual documents from a Pick/Pack Wave; you must save or delete the entire wave.
    • For pick plans: Select Accept Wave. This saves the pick plan from this Pick to Staging Wave. You cannot save or delete individual documents from a Pick/Pack Wave; you must save or delete the entire wave.
    • For all other documents: Select Save or Save and Continue Editing. The document is saved in the system.

Note: If you select Cancel from the Edit page for the document, the document remains listed in the Operations>Recovered Documents list view. Any changes you made to it are not saved.

  4. Saved documents are no longer available in the Operations>Recovered Documents list view. They are now listed in their regular list views based on its document type. For example, once you save a purchase order it is listed under Ordering>Purchase Orders. Once you save a shipment it is listed under Fulfillment>Pending Shipments.
