Exporting a receipt to a spreadsheet

To export the items on a receipt to .xls:

  1. Select Receiving>View Receipts.

    If you have a multi-warehouse operation, make sure you have selected the correct warehouse from the Warehouse drop-down up above. Warehouse drop-down

  2. Double-click the receipt for which you want to export items. The View Receipt screen appears.
  3. Under the Receipt Items table, select Export iconExport.
  4. A dialog opens asking you if you want to open or save the file. Select Save to save the file to a directory on your computer.
